Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, conducting variance analyses, and generating reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the management of daily bookkeeping activities, including processing invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Process Improvement: Participate in the design and implementation of new control systems to enhance financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as Operations, Growth, and Tech, to provide financial insights and support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities in both Dutch and English.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
